The British government has put its weight behind cutting carbon emissions and recently launched the Act on CO2 Campaign which coincides with the coming UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen (Dec 07-18). If you’re concerned about CO2 emissions, climate change and the environment you might want to become a citizen of Hopenhagen by signing the online petition to the political leaders attending the conference. The petition asks for binding targets on CO2 emissions by 2020 and for particular care and assistance to be given to developing countries – those who will be most affected but least able to cope with climate change.
